Marcy Nelson, Personal Lines Agent

Marcy started at Dyeco in November 2006, she came to us by way of Orlando, Florida. She has an extensive background in customer service and spent the majority of her career working in the automobile industry as a Human Resources Manager. She left that field to enter the insurance industry and was working for an Allstate agent in Florida prior to moving to Virginia.

At the present time, Marcy is working on obtaining her Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation.
