Karen Dye founded her business on one important principle: that clients need quality customer service from real people who understand their needs and are able to provide options that fit their ever-changing lives. Since its inception, Dyeco Insurance Services has stood for this principle through its devoted staff, independent operation, and tireless dedication to helping clients make the right decisions through sage advice backed by the company's more than 70 years' experience in the insurance field.

Karen began the journey to operating her own agency in the 1980s where she worked with life insurance sales. She later went on to serve as an office appraisal manager, which led to the creation of Dyeco Insurance Services in 1998. Karen's devotion to her clients, passion for her field, and love for her family-operated company are several of the many reasons for her reputation of unbridled success.

Karen balances her time between her family and Dyeco Insurance Services. When she's not busy celebrating her award as World's Greatest Grandma, she's ready to serve your insurance needs, whatever they may be. Karen wishes to thank each of her clients over the years for giving her the opportunity to show them that it is still possible to find an honest, caring small business with the backing to offer world class service.

About Karen's Designation

The ACSR designation recognizes the knowledge and dedication customer service representatives bring to the Insurance Industry. They assist agents in researching and providing the best combination of price, coverage and service to their clients. ACSRs have more product knowledge, better selling and account rounding skills and are highly prepared to provide clients with outstanding service.

By successfully incorporating ACSR training into her day-to-day agency activities, Ms. Dye has illustrated her commitment toward enhancing the quality of service. The designation not only recognizes one individual's efforts but is respected by colleagues, clients and management.

The ACSR designation is the most recognized insurance CSR training program in North America. Customer service representatives can earn designations in personal lines, commercial lines, or life and health, thus customizing their educational efforts to an agency's particular needs. The program is available in more than one format- classroom, on-line, or self study and is available in all fifty states as well as Canada. In addition, the program has been approved in Virginia for continuing education credit for agents' licensing renewal.
