Hello, I am Heather Perry. I have been working for Dyeco Insurance Services, Inc. since May of 1999. I started working as a receptionist while I was attending college. And once I graduated, it seemed like a great fit for me, so I wanted to stay. I took the insurance licensing test, and received my license to sell insurance in April of 2002. I am a personal lines insurance agent (Auto and Homeowners) and also the company bookkeeper.

I currently live in Dinwiddie County, with my lovely husband Kevin, and wonderful daughters Madilynn whom is 5 and Loraly who is 2. I was born and raised in New Jersey. I moved to Virginia about 14 years ago, and can never see myself going back. I love Virginia, and its people. It is a beautiful place to live, and raise a family.

I pride myself on treating my insurance clients, the way I would want to be treated as a customer. I try my best to do everything that I can to make things as easy as they can be for all my clients. I try my best to give all of my insureds' the coverages that are best for them, for the best price that I can provide. I come to my job each day, not just for a pay check, but the rewards of knowing that I am able to help someone when things are gone wrong. That the coverage I was able to provide to them, got their home back in place after a hurricane or fixed their car after hitting a deer on their way home from work.

I look forward to many more years of working for Dyeco Insurance Services, and many years of providing you with the valuable insurance coverage that you need.

The ACSR designation recognizes the knowledge and dedication customer service representatives bring to the Insurance Industry. They assist agents in researching and providing the best combination of price, coverage and service to their clients. ACSRs have more product knowledge, better selling and account rounding skills and are highly prepared to provide clients with outstanding service.

By successfully incorporating ACSR training into her day-to-day agency activities, Ms. Dye has illustrated her commitment toward enhancing the quality of service. The designation not only recognizes one individual's efforts but is respected by colleagues, clients and management.

The ACSR designation is the most recognized insurance CSR training program in North America.
